- 简介： 距今45年前，初代假面骑士——本乡猛（藤冈弘 饰）诞生于世。历经将近半个世纪的斗争，本乡的足迹早已遍布全球。当他听说一名女子正陷入危机中时，当机立断赶回了祖国日本。原来修卡盯上了一个名叫立花麻由的女孩子，只要抓住她，就有可能复活组织内的最高干部——地狱大使。本乡在得知修卡的阴谋后，连忙找到好友——假面骑士Ghost的变身者天空寺尊（西铭骏 饰）。而隔了三年重新见到本乡，麻由的内心也涌动着复杂的情怀。 然而长久以来严酷的战斗，让本乡的身体已经濒临崩溃边缘。偏偏就在此刻， 修卡的手下接二连三前来。与此同时，三个叛出修卡的家伙还结成新的组织，布下了抢夺日本的邪恶计划。空前危机，本乡为爱而战！
